🌐 About the Role We are seeking engaging, learner-focused facilitators to deliver high-impact engagement webinar sessions for our global audience. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping learners succeed, energized by virtual interaction, and skilled in sparking motivation and connection in a digital environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Deliver daily live kickoff webinars to onboard new learners and set them up for success. Use interactive elements (chat, polls, etc.) to encourage participation. Customize delivery style based on audience profiles (corporate learners, diverse cultures, language levels). Collaborate with content and training teams to refine scripts, presentation materials, and activities. Collect and share feedback to continuously improve learner experience. Track attendance, engagement, and learner feedback for continuous improvement. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Required: Outstanding verbal communication and virtual presence Confident using digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Slides, Mentimeter, etc.) Ability to adapt communication style for multicultural, international audiences High level of professionalism, punctuality, and preparation Comfortable managing live Q&A, chat interactions, and unexpected technical issues Preferred: Experience working in EdTech, corporate L&D, or language education Knowledge of learner motivation frameworks or behavioral science Familiarity with CEFR levels, language learning strategies, or LMS platforms 💡 You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are: A confident speaker who thrives in live, interactive environments Empathetic and learner-focused A natural motivator who can build excitement and accountability Open to feedback and continuous improvement Passionate about language learning and cultural exchange 🚀 Ready to Join Us?
