Description
Chainguard is a venture-backed provider of hardened, secure, production-ready builds of open source software. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers across the EMEA region, responsible for onboarding, implementation, adoption, and relationship management while driving customer value realization and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Drive business success planning by partnering with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, goals, and challenges; provide thought leadership on change management for large-scale rollouts
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and requirements to cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, and Engineering
• Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard products and stay current with industry trends, security principles, and best practices to help customers optimize their use of the platform
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and support the full Business Value Realization cycle
• Develop relationships with multiple customer stakeholders from technicians to CISOs; work with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn
What You Need
• 5+ years of enterprise, customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support
• Domain knowledge in one or more of: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or software development lifecycle
• Strategic and proactive mindset with ability to take full ownership of customer portfolio and act with high autonomy; strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Driven, high emotional intelligence, strong priority management, and commitment to continuous personal and professional development
• Linux knowledge and hands-on technical experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, or security infrastructure
