Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and supporting long-term customer success. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively address customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, we'd love to hear from you. 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Customer Experience Manager, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Experience onboarding new customers and driving product adoption. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience working with B2B services or SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics such as retention, churn, renewals, and customer health scores is a plus.
