Customer Service & Sales Executive – The Role
• Convert sales opportunities through excellent service and negotiation skills
• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat
• Schedule appointments for Field Specialists and manage diaries effectively
• Follow up post-survey opportunities to maximise conversions
• Act as the main point of contact for customers following installation
• Manage and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues professionally
• Coordinate service visits, adjustments, and follow-up appointments
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related queries
Customer Service & Sales Executive – About You
• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer cases
• Confident working independently and taking initiative
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment
• Familiarity with scheduling or service management systems
Customer Service & Sales Executive – Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

Working Hours
