This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,   operating   a forklift,   maintaining   a safe and organized work environment , and supporting general branch needs. A   S ample of   W hat   Y ou’ll   D o in   t his   R ole: • Handle   electronic order entry and processing   utilizing   JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software • Respond to customer sales inquiries in   a timely ,   accurate , and   appropriate manner • Submit and code bills and invoices to   the   AP department for payment • Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s   to   maintain   adequate inventory levels to meet customer need s • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory • Support   the Sales Team with   accurate   customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns • Prepare   reports under manager’s supervision • Aid   team members in administrative tasks What   Y ou   B ring to   t he   R ole: • 2+ years of experience • Proficiency   with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed) • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely • High School Diploma or equivalent What   M akes   Y ou   a   G reat   F it: • You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills • You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail • You’re   able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints • You read, write, and speak English fluently Compensation and Benefits: • The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour.
