Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in Greece via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, including order details, payment queries, and account issues. Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Document interactions and follow up on issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery. Engage in regular training and development activities to enhance service skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Proficient in using various customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing the best customer experience possible.
