Responsibilities: Handle calls related to payroll concerns through inbound/outbound calls.            Sends email/respond to intercom related to payroll concerns            Do outbound calls to facilities and nurses if needed.               Meet or exceed individual and team targets. Requirements At least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice Account Payroll experience is a PLUS, not required. Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
