Your Role: The Acute Care Customer Service Representative for Baxter Respiratory Health will be responsible for interactions with buyers, biomedical engineers, health care teams, sales organization teams, and internal teams to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries for all Acute Care Respiratory Health products including but not limited to The Vest Airway Clearance System, The Vest APX Airway Clearance System, The Synclara Cough System, The Volara System, and the MetaNeb System. What You'll Be Doing: • Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives over the phone and email • Provide front line technical and troubleshooting support on products via phone to health care teams and other Baxter staff. • Properly identify order types for correct billing and consult on any issues with internal and remote billing teams • Enter orders for all shipment and return of Respiratory Health products. • Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action to satisfy those needs. • Utilizes multiple systems and problem-solving skills to attempt to resolve the issue on the call. • Establish rapport over the phone quickly, and remain positive and upbeat • Work closely with Contract Administrator to fulfill contract requests • Use outside websites such as UPS and Fed Ex to track delivery and returns. • Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments, as needed. • Responsible for all shipping-related activities and verification for rental agreements and returned items • Process all purchase orders received by phone, fax, or email • Creation of proposals requested by Baxter sales team. • Rely on experience and judgment to handle a wide variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions • Understanding of GPO, IDN, and pricing agreements • Work and understand warranty guidelines and procedures What You'll Bring: • Associate degree, preferred in business or related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of progressive experience in a customer service role, preferred • Previous experience in the healthcare field, preferred • JD Edwards experience preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office Products Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $51,200 to 70,400 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
