Description and Requirements Work Location: Onsite (830-5 PM); flexibility for a hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs after the training period is complete. Position Type: 12 months Location: East Syracuse, NY Compensation Range: $19.5 per hour Our multinational manufacturing client is seeking a Product Registration Representative. The candidate will support pre-delivery and after-sales support to customers, which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. Key Responsibilities • Provide website navigation instructions for registering products online • Register equipment for homeowners when the customer has no internet access • Provide customer warranty information • Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors • Refer customer to the correct person/team when not a registration issue • Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed Qualification : • 1 year of experience in customer service • 1 year of experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint Preferred: • Salesforce experience All interested applicants who meet the qualifications listed above are invited to submit a resume by clicking "Apply Now".
