Description
As a Customer Service Representative , you will work Monday to Friday in rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Answer phone calls and emails from customers and partners.
Collect and verify information.
Provide technical support and maintain contact with repair workshops.
Keep customers and all involved parties informed in a timely manner.
Follow up on agreements and ensure all information is correctly processed in the customer file.
You speak and write Polish, German, and English fluently to assist our customers effectively.
You are comfortable working with computer systems and can multitask.
You have strong communication skills and can handle phone calls and emails professionally.
You are solution-oriented and always strive to provide the best support to customers.
