Tasks Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (import/export) Coordinate with operations, overseas offices, and customers on bookings and updates Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates Handle customer enquiries, overseas agent communication, and documentation Ensure accuracy of shipping documents (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, customs) Follow up on routing orders and ensure SOP compliance Qualifications Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines 2–5 years of experience in air freight customer service or freight forwarding industry Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing Responsible, pro-active and attention to details Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced Benefits • International working environment • Sustainably growing family-owned business with diverse tasks in one of the industries of the future • Comprehensive onboarding program and career planning (DACHSER Academy) Kennie Ngo Senior Expert HR ASL Hong Kong, DACHSER Hong Kong Ltd.
