Job Specifics • Reference No: SD089 • Location: Cambuslang • Hours: Full Time 6 Month Contract – Temp to Perm One late shift (12.00pm–8.00pm) every two weeks, which can be worked from home & one Saturday in 10, can also be worked from home and is paid at a 25% uplift. There may also be a few 10.00 am – 6.00 pm shifts too. Job Overview Our client is seeking Customer Service & Connections Advisor to join their team in Cambuslang. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service. As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships. Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Update customer records and maintain accurate system data. • Escalate complex queries where appropriate and follow through to resolution. • Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management activities. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery. • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
