Customer Service Associate – Car Wash Job Level: Entry-Level Location: Niles, IL Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Compensation: Earn $20+/hour with commission (base $15–$16/hour) Benefits: Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time positions available (20–40 hours/week), free car washes, and commission earnings on monthly membership sales. With multiple locations across Illinois and beyond, we're growing and looking for great people to grow with us. About the Role As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you're the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — we'll train you. What we're really looking for is someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to earn. What You'll Do • Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages • Sell and upsell monthly memberships and premium wash services • Process cash and card payments accurately • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly • Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums • Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained What We're Looking For • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people • Motivated to hit goals and earn commission • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays • Able to handle a fast-paced, outdoor work environment • Cash handling experience a plus, but not required No experience?
