Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and remind patients of the appointments. • Receive inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. • Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility • Verify and update patient information in the system. • Answer basic patient inquiries or route calls to appropriate practice. • Follow scheduling protocols and insurance guidelines as needed. • Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients. • Maintain accurate records of all communication and scheduled appointments. • Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations at all times. What We’re Looking For • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required. • Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with clients. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized. • Basic computer skills, including email and web-based applications. • Willingness to learn and adapt to client-specific billing processes.
