Description
The Customer Service Assistant works with the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, and store safety. The Customer Service Assistant will work closely with our customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams Automotive products, and recommend the right solutions. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Automotive Finishes #9002 located at 180 Brunel Road, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1T5.
