Customer Sales Advisor Smethwick Salary: £26k to £28k About the Role We are seeking a proactive Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in telephone-based sales and customer service who enjoys building relationships, processing orders and delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle telephone and email sales enquiries professionally. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues or escalate where appropriate. Monitor repair jobs and provide customers with regular updates. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration. Arrange collections for returned goods. Monitor back orders and urgent requirements, liaising with production where necessary. Prepare export documentation and customer invoices where required. Support Sales Managers with quotations, pricing and order updates. Promote company products, services and sales initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or telephone sales environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience using CRM or catalogue software is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
