This role will lead the development and execution of customer experience strategies across physical and digital touchpoints by optimizing customer journeys, strengthening service standards, and driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. This role will also support Retail Learning and Development initiatives related to customer experience enhancement. What will YOU do? Lead customer journey mapping and optimization to improve overall customer experience across touchpoints Manage VOC, NPS, CSAT, and customer feedback initiatives to gather actionable insights for customer experience improvement Develop customer experience standards and service guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions Enhance loyalty program customer experience to strengthen customer retention and engagement Support customer experience training programs to improve service delivery and customer interactions Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams to align customer experience initiatives across the organization Evaluate customer experience initiatives and KPIs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement What will YOU need? At least 5–7 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, brand marketing, or retail operations Experience in customer journey mapping, VOC/NPS/CSAT analysis, and service improvement initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
