(ZQS) offers international companies professional support in their daily business operations, particularly focused on secretarial services, customer reception and phone management. Your tasks: As a Freelance Customer Care Representative, you are the first contact person for many small and medium-sized companies. You greet customers' callers in a friendly and competent manner, take down callback requests or put calls through, make appointments, take orders and provide information. Your qualifications: • You speak and write German at a native level. • You have good written and spoken English skills. • You have the possibility to work as a freelancer. • You have a lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed. • You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature. • You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.
