The Customer Care Agent handles multi‐channel contacts coming from GlobeMed Lebanon stakeholders and provides them with the best support and assistance using a quality customer service approach.

Managerial skills:

Interpersonal‐ Communication‐ Negotiation‐ Follow up‐ Problem Solving‐ Organization‐ Time management

Technical skills:

English & French languages – MS Office

Education:

A bachelor degree in business administration, or any equivalent bachelor degree.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in the related field
