The Custodian role includes responsibility for: Cleaning • Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors (wood tile carpet and rugs). • Bing furniture shelves and other surfaces cleaning windows and mirrors • polishing floors spot cleaning carpets and floors disinfect surfaces • cleaning air vents Restroom Maintenance • cleaning and stocking Restrooms • ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene Trash and Waste Disposal • Picking up and disposing of trash Other Duties: • Cleaning equipment • using cleaning chemicals assisting with inventory and stock management receiving and organizing deliveries • Any other duties management may assign from time to time Physical Stamina: • • Custodians often perform demanding physical tasks, requiring good physical health and stamina Attention to Detail: • • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring a clean and safe environment Reliability and Dependability: • • Custodians are expected to be reliable and dependable, showing up on time and completing assigned tasks.
