Curriculum Leader – Motor Vehicle Permanent | Full Time | Lancashire Area Salary: £44,482 + potential market supplement of up to £4,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motor Vehicle professional to join a well-established FE College in the Lancashire area as a Curriculum Leader within the Motor Vehicle department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Motor Vehicle education, apprenticeships or industry training who is looking to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking and growing department. The role will involve leading and supporting a team of lecturers, overseeing quality and curriculum delivery, supporting learner achievement and helping to shape an innovative Motor Vehicle provision with a strong focus on industry standards, EV/Hybrid technologies and employer engagement. The college is investing heavily into its Motor Vehicle provision, including upgraded workshops and modern training facilities, creating an excellent environment for both staff and learners.
