We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated CSA QA Inspector to support quality assurance activities for civil, structural, and architectural works on a large-scale data center project in Dubai, UAE. This role requires strong technical knowledge of construction quality standards, site inspections, documentation control, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting QA/QC activities on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects, with a strong focus on ensuring that work is delivered in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project quality requirements. You will play a key role in supporting the project quality function by monitoring CSA construction works, reviewing quality documentation, identifying non-conformances, and helping ensure that all site activities meet client expectations and applicable standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation of the project quality management system for civil, structural, and architectural works. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project quality requirements. Conduct site inspections for CSA activities, including earthworks, concrete works, structural steel, architectural finishes, façade works, roads, external works, and related construction activities. Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards. Review and verify inspection requests, material approvals, test reports, quality records, and site documentation. Identify quality issues, defects, deficiencies, and non-conforming work and support the issuance and closeout of NCRs. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective closeout of quality observations and non-conformances. Support material receiving inspections to verify compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and project requirements. Participate in quality meetings, site walks, progress reviews, and technical coordination sessions. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, punch lists, NCR trackers, and closeout documentation. Support testing and commissioning readiness by ensuring CSA works are completed, inspected, documented, and accepted. Assist in preparing regular QA reports, dashboards, and quality summaries for project leadership and client review. Promote a strong quality culture across site activities by reinforcing standards, accountability, and timely issue resolution. QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: 10+ years of QA/QC, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural inspection, or construction quality experience within large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
