  Job Title –  CRP Warehouseman - International Location –  Montgomery, AL Rewards of Working at Caddell – Paid vacations, company paid holidays, company joint funding of medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability plans to full-time employees, 401k, gym membership reimbursement, and use of company condominiums. What You Will Do ·        Prepares the CRP Warehouse to receive incoming materials. ·        Receives, inspects and unloads materials at the CRP Warehouse. Verifies that the paperwork for the delivery matches what is unloaded. Notes any discrepancies on the trucking company delivery ticket. ·        Notifies the CRP Warehouse Supervisor of all deliveries and assists with matching the delivery to the correct SCN. ·        Assisted the Supervisor with verification of weights, dimensions and correct color coding of the materials. ·        Within 24 hours of material receipt, places the Secure material inside the Secure area of the CRP. ·        Palletizes, bands, crates and stages materials as needed to prepare for container loading. ·        Prepares the Secure material sea shipping containers for Government inspection. (Paint, Flooring etc). ·        Coordinates the packing and stabilization of the materials into the sea containers and completes the loading process with the installation of the dunnage wall per Government procedures. ·        Keeps the Warehouse building neat, clean and safe. ·        Monitors all Warehouse supplies and notifies the Supervisor when materials need to be ordered. ·        Checks and maintains all tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper operation and repairs or replaces any broken or damaged items. ·        Performs all other tasks as assigned. ·        Working Conditions  – Warehouse setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 100lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Understanding of construction materials, equipment and shipping documentation/procedures. Requires excellent technical and management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of logistics, general warehousing, receiving, shipping, HazMat storage and handling, OSHA safety requirements and related documentation. Education / Experience -  Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years of experience in a warehouse or construction environment required. International experience and HazMat training preferred. Certifications, Licenses, etc .: Department of State minimum secret security clearance required. Valid driver’s license and Forklift Operators Certification, HazMat
