Cross-border RM The Cross-border Relationship Manager role serves as a key point of contact for clients engaging in international banking transactions, supporting their cross-border financial needs. Role Overview The Cross-border RM joins a specialised team responsible for managing relationships with clients involved in cross-border banking activities. Reporting to senior management, the role involves liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Success in this position is measured by client satisfaction and the effective management of cross-border banking processes.
