Description
$3000 Sign on Bonus. Earn up to $18K/month. Get Paid On Time. Every Time. This position requires you to be on the road 5 to 10 days at a time, averaging 10K to 12K miles per month, available for dispatch 24 days a month. Resets on the road as required. Running open-board, Canada/U.S. long-haul • Southbound freight could depart from any of our Bison locations into any of the lower 48 states • Northbound freight could go into any of the Canadian Provinces and Territories • Required to drive 17 in Ontario, 12 months a year • Required to drive U.S. Mountains 12 months of the year • Averaging 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month (regional freight will be required) • Flexible schedule requiring weekend departures • Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol Candidate Profile: • Owner-Operator with 24 months tractor-trailer experience • Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system • Must be U.S. qualified • Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience • Must have a minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience • CP Rail experience is preferred • Must be able to work weekends • Must have a valid Class 1/AZ License • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, Driver assist is required on occasion • Reliable, flexible, and punctual • Strong communication skills • Values safety Are you registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse?
