Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements. Requirements Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
