Description
About Us HarZa is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves over 400,000 customers who trust us with their health and their money. We ship primarily to the United States, offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, and run a RejuvaCare+ membership program that powers recurring revenue. The company has scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across 15+ countries, and we are now launching a new portfolio of subscription-first brands. We are remote-first, async-first, and hold a high standard of accountability across everything we do. The Role This is a hands-on role for someone who owns the entire efficiency layer of our funnel: turning paid clicks into first orders, and first orders into repeat customers and subscribers. You will personally run conversion rate optimization and experimentation, and you will own the retention and subscription outcome alongside it. This is not an oversight role and it is not a pure specialist role. It is a builder role for a mid-level operator who wants real ownership at an early stage. The context is specific, and it is the heart of the job. Our customers are a cold, skeptical, 55+ audience buying products whose benefit, chronic pain relief, is not obvious on sight. Optimizing conversion for that traffic is not about polishing a product page that already sells itself. It is about constructing and testing belief: mechanism, proof, advertorials, presell pages, and quiz funnels that earn trust before the ask, within compliance. If your CRO instinct is to reduce friction on a store where the product speaks for itself, this is a different discipline, and it is the one we are hiring for. You will build from where we are today, which is close to zero: our newest brand billed its first subscription cycle this month, tracking is thin, and there is no team yet. You will set up the measurement, run the tests, own the numbers, and over time build a small team beneath you without becoming the single point everything depends on. Paid media buying stays with our Performance team and is out of scope. You report to the founders. What You Will Own The end-to-end CRO and experimentation program: research, hypotheses, test design, shipping, and analysis across advertorials, presell and landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, and post-purchase upsells. The retention and subscription outcome: churn and win-back, lifecycle and CRM flows, and the growth of the subscription program on our newest brand. The measurement layer that makes all of it legible: tracking setup, LTV and cohort analysis, and a documented, prioritized test roadmap tied to revenue rather than to test count. And, as the function matures, the design and development of a small team to scale it.
