Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity practicing with Bon Secours – Southside Medical Center in charming Petersburg, VA. With three professional schools on its campus and seven satellite outpatient centers within the Greater Richmond region, Bon Secours extends beyond a traditional hospital model. At its core, this is a dedicated center for teaching and practicing innovative medicine. This is a community healthcare provider with a 300-bed facility on a 50-acre campus. The team comprises over 1,400 healthcare professionals, including 400 physicians who cover more than 40 specialties. Southside Medical Center has the only Trauma Center in the Tri-Cities and southern Virginia. Our Southside Medical Center practice operates under a collaborative care team model. Total Rewards Salary: $275K-$300K Sign on Incentive: $70K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments • OB, general, GYN, endo, ortho – central and A lines, neuro, bread and butter, peripheral nerve block, spinal, epidural, central line, and arterial line placement Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Bon Secours Southside Medical Center, $275K-$300K, $70K Sign On Incentives EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
