CRJ‑200 (CL‑850) First Officer (Dallas‑based – DAL)
A professional and motivated CRJ‑200 / CL‑850 First Officer is required to join a leading Part 135 aviation company. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will operate as a CRJ‑200 / CL‑850 First Officer , supporting the Captain and flight operations team with duties including:
•
Assisting in the safe and efficient operation of Part 135 charter flights
•
Supporting all phases of flight planning, performance calculations, and operational documentation
•
Completing all required training, checking, and company‑mandated qualifications
•
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional presence with passengers
•
Upholding strong CRM and contributing to a positive, safety‑focused cockpit culture
•
Supporting the Captain in all operational and regulatory requirements
Mandatory Requirements
•
Minimum 4,000 hours Total Flight Time
•
First Class Medical
•
Commercial Multi‑Engine (ATP written preferred)
•
Strong turbine and multi‑engine experience
•
Valid U.S. work authorization
•
Must be based in Dallas or able to reliably commute from the surrounding region
•
Willingness to commit to a 12‑month training agreement
Desirable Requirements
•
Any existing type rating (CRJ‑200 / CL‑850 type rating not required )
•
Previous Part 135 experience
•
Strong CRM, communication, and customer‑service background
•
Experience in high‑density charter or corporate flight operations
Additional Information
•
Initial type training scheduled for March , with the option to bring training forward
•
$25,000 signing bonus
•
50% paid upon completion of initial type training
•
50% paid after 12 months of service
