Join us as we inspire our talent with growth, challenge, action and collaboration to Empower Every Possibility!   Title: Crew Lead , Production Location: Queen Creek, AZ Shift: Night   Job Summary:  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operator or experienced hourly Team Leader to join our high-performance production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, mentoring operators, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes. You will collaborate closely with Equipment (Maintenance), Engineering, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.   Responsibilities: Train and mentor operators on all operations in assigned area and on an assigned shift. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Equipment (Maintenance), Engineering and Quality Assurance—to resolve production issues and implement Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs). Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping tasks on time to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage non-conforming materials following the MRB (Material Review Board) process, including identification, containment, documentation, and disposition. Operate multiple tools simultaneously to support a smooth and efficient production process. Respond to process or equipment issues, conduct initial investigations, and initiate basic OCAPs to address deviations from expected performance. Ensure high product quality through activities such as web path checks, audits, and 5S,3R implementation. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, output, and tool uptime. Qualifications: Minimum education of High School diploma or GED At least 3 years' experience in a production role in a manufacturing facility, operating automated or semi-automated equipment. Must be able to work overnight in support of up to 12-hour production shifts. Must be able to work an alternative, compressed week schedule, including standard weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as required by the schedule Knowledge and experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S and 6-Sigma.  Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot production equipment or process issues and implement short- to mid-term solutions to maintain production. Experience with quality control charts and data interpretation. Experience in powder handling, chemical batch processing, mixing, roll-winding and material conveyance, a plus  Proven ability to work independently and be a self-driven contributor with minimal supervision. Physically able to lift 25 lbs unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces. Ability to work overtime, as required. Ability to travel, including overseas, as required. Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to influence and teach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Sound judgment on when to escalate issues to management or engineering for support. Comfortable working in dynamic environment, with ability to perform time-sensitive analysis and problem-solving.  Why should you work here? 1.
