Marabu Airlines is looking for a solution-driven Crew Control Officer to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in crew planning and coordination, ensuring compliance with regulations while responding quickly to operational changes. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule crew activities in accordance with EASA FTL and Company Manuals Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures Monitor and maintain adequate crew coverage for a rolling 72-hour period Monitor flight duty and rest requirements in line with FTL regulations Proactively address and resolve any operational or regulatory issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Crew Planning System Coordinate operational requirements across relevant departments Collaborate with the Commercial department on ad hoc or non-standard operations Coordinate and manage crew accommodation and travel arrangements Maintain effective communication with crew members and internal departments Perform other relevant duties according to operational needs Requirements Experience in airline or airport operations Ideally familiarity with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL) Good knowledge of Crew Planning Systems is an advantage Solution-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work in shifts, including nighttime Benefits Inspiring and truly unique experience at the newest Estonian airline Additional 7 days of vacation per year Stebby allowance Staff discounted flight tickets (myID travel) Development and career opportunities Opportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural industry-leading team A modern office in Ülemiste, filled with exciting office events
