Jobomschrijving Assessing and analyzing credit applications Evaluating financial statements, cash flow, and overall creditworthiness of borrowers. Formulating recommendations and making credit decisions within delegated authorities. Monitoring and managing the existing credit portfolio, identifying potential risks early. Developing and enhancing credit risk models, frameworks, and policies. Collaborating with commercial teams to balance business growth and risk exposure. Implementing strategies to mitigate credit losses. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations Reporting on risk exposure, trends, and key metrics to senior management. A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in credit risk, credit analysis, or risk management within financial services or banking. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements. Sound knowledge of credit risk model s and regulatory frameworks Strong decision-making skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in Dutch and/or French , good level of English. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
