Are  you  a  detail-oriented  and   persistent professional  who enjoys  proving the case  for  credit , and getting results  for your clients?  As our  Cred it Resolution  &  Ve ndor R elations  Specialist,  you’ll   be responsible for  converting  identified  vendor credit opportunities into realized savings for DSQ Discovery software clients.  You  w ill  work  the f ollow-up process with  client  vendors until the credit is issued,  applied  or otherwise resolve d.    This role is part detective , part  communicator ,  and pa rt client champion —  you’ll  dig into billing details, confirm what is owed, professionally  engage  vendors for resolution, and  keep clients up to speed on your results . The right person will enjoy solving problems, following the details through to the finish line, and  adding  value  to  our customer’s  professional vendor relationships along the way.
