Looking to develop your career within a professional and dynamic financial structure in Brussels? We are seeking an experienced Credit Administrator to join our Risk Management department. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Administration and Middle Office, you will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and monitoring credit files, while ensuring high-quality administrative follow-up. Main Responsibilities Portfolio Follow-up: Providing daily management of requests relative to current credits and offering reliable administrative support to Credit Analysts. Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, notaries, and insurance companies. Contract Management: Determining the adequate types of agreements, drafting, reviewing, and adapting contractual documents related to credit conditions and collateral (including mortgages). System Operations: Accurate recording of credits within the Bank's computer systems, validating contract integrity (signatures, mentions), requesting technical account openings, and managing credit provisions. Information & Archiving: Supplying information for various attestations and ensuring the rigorous archiving of credit and pledge agreements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the financial sector. Experience in the mortgage sector represents a strong asset. Languages: Bilingual in French and Dutch with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. IT Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and pragmatic with a strong "can-do" mentality. You are capable of managing priorities, keeping a sharp eye for detail, and handling confidential information with absolute discretion. Team Spirit: A true team player able to easily connect and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
