Position Overview
The Creator/Influencer Partnerships Executive will lead influencer and creator collaborations for ZURU Edge brands, driving high-impact partnerships that fuel brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role is dedicated to building and managing relationships with creators, from micro-influencers to large-scale content partners, to deliver authentic, brand-aligned content.
You will work closely with the Brand Marketing, and Brand Engagement teams to identify, negotiate, and manage creators who can bring our toys to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creator Sourcing & Onboarding
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators aligned with brand personalities, audience demographics, and campaign goals.
- Build and maintain a strong global creator network spanning micro to macro influencers, ensuring diversity across geographies, platforms, and formats.
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and contracts in collaboration with the legal and procurement teams.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate brand briefs into creator-specific strategies with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate with creators to produce engaging, on-brand content for both organic and paid amplification.
- Brief creators on brand guidelines, key messages, and creative direction, while allowing space for authentic creator voice.
Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with top-performing creators and influencers, turning them into long-term brand advocates across all global markets.
- Foster a professional and collaborative environment, ensuring creators feel valued and supported.
- Regularly engage with creators’ content to build genuine partnerships.
Performance & Reporting
- Track creator, influencer and campaign performance metrics, including but not limited to reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Deliver post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future activations.
- Work closely with the India-based influencer team to ensure all creator campaigns are launched on schedule and meet performance expectations.
- Monitor market trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Team Coaching
- Provide daily direction, feedback, and development support to India based influencer team members.
- Partner closely with the India-based Team Lead to coach, mentor, and upskill their team on influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and creator communication best practices.
- Provide structured feedback and regular training sessions to elevate execution quality and analytical capability in India.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and deadlines, and proactively address performance gaps through coaching or process adjustments.
