Now we are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform. Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts
