Key Responsibilities • Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work • Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases) • Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills • Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members • Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions • Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product • Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management Experience & Requirements • 4+ years of third-party coverage insurance defense • Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities • Remote work environment • Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage • 401(k) with employer matching • Additional reimbursable expenses approved by firm management • Generous paid vacation
