The Role: What You'll Do As a Cover Supervisor, no two days are the same. You will be the steady hand that keeps the classroom moving forward by:
• Delivering engaging lessons planned by the class teacher during their absence.
• Keeping pupils focused, motivated, and inspired to learn.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively, in line with the school's policy.
• Lending a helping hand with lunch and break duties when needed.
• Prioritising student well-being by reporting any safeguarding concerns to the SENCO.
What We're Looking For If you have a passion for learning and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you! To be successful, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree (in any subject).
• Previous experience working in education or a similar youth-facing role (highly advantageous).
• An Enhanced Child DBS check (or a willingness to apply for one).
• EWC registration.
