If you focus heavily on business development or internal training, your chargeable hour targets are adjusted accordingly (100% of the team hit their targets last year) . • Guaranteed Work Stream: A steady pipeline of high-value work means no pressure to bring a client followings, though any business development interest is fully supported. Key Responsibilities • Managing Court of Protection (welfare) cases from instruction to conclusion • Deliver empathetic, high-quality legal advice to clients, deputies, and family members. • Engage in business development and networking activities tailored to your personal strengths. Key Benefits • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience). • Agile Working: 1 to 2 days per week in the Birmingham office; full flexibility on remote work. • Clear Progression: Structured career pathway mapped out from Day 1. • Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays, plus additional Dependants Leave and 2 Volunteering Days. • Healthcare & Protection: Private Medical Insurance and Critical Illness Cover.
