About Fasset Fasset is a regulated stablecoin neobank making stablecoin-powered financial services accessible to everyone. We are rapidly expanding our presence across key emerging and frontier markets. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset’s operations and growth in the Philippines. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in the Philippines. Responsibilities • Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for the Philippines. • Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions. • Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. • Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in the Philippines. • Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff. • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services. • Deep network and understanding of the Philippines’ financial, technology, or startup ecosystem. • Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is strongly preferred. Nice to Have • Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets. • Established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders in the Philippines.
