For more information, please visit beeflow.com Position Summary As Country Manager, you will have full ownership of Beeflow's Peru operation, leading commercial strategy, field operations, financial performance, and the local team. You'll work closely with the CEO while operating with a high degree of autonomy. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, hands-on leadership, and the ability to make decisions in fast-changing environments. Our current focus is on blueberries and avocados, with operations across Chiclayo, Trujillo, Chimbote and Ica. Location: Lima, Perú Key Responsibilities: Lead Beeflow's Peru business strategy , defining and executing the country's strategic plan in alignment with global objectives, identifying market opportunities, driving expansion, and representing the company across the Peruvian agribusiness ecosystem. Own commercial performance and business growth , setting the seasonal commercial strategy (targets, segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market), leading high-value negotiations with senior executives, overseeing pipeline execution and CRM discipline, and partnering with Sales and Operations on demand forecasting and integrated planning. Oversee country operations through the Operations Manager, ensuring operational priorities, resource allocation, and seasonal execution are aligned with commercial commitments while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Build and lead a high-performing leadership team , coaching managers, fostering accountability and ownership, enabling effective decision-making, driving performance through regular feedback, and leading organizational change to establish a culture of excellence. Own the country's financial performance , managing the Peru P&L, budget, and business results, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions when needed, and reporting directly to the CEO. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, Chief of Staff, Project Management, founder, or other cross-functional business leadership roles. You don't need prior agribusiness experience . What is required is a strong learning mindset, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to quickly master a new industry. Proven experience leading and developing teams , with a track record of driving accountability, managing performance, and leading through change. Experience in startups, scale-ups, or other high-growth, entrepreneurial environments is strongly preferred. Experience managing budgets and/or P&L with strong business and financial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Highly proactive, resilient, and execution-oriented , with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong bias for action, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced,
