The role is responsible for driving business development, operational performance, financial results, and strategic growth while building a high-performing local team and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the German market growth strategy for the Data Center Division. • Secure new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders. • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and major bid pursuits. • Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. • Oversee the successful delivery of all projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and financial objectives are achieved. • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. • Ensure compliance with all relevant German regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Represent the company within the German data center market and act as the senior local leader. Requirements: • Proven senior leadership experience within the data center, construction, engineering, or mission-critical infrastructure sectors. • Strong commercial, operational, and business development capabilities. • Demonstrated experience managing P&L and driving business growth. • Established network within the German data center market preferred. • Fluent English. Success Measures: • Revenue and profitability growth. • New client acquisition and repeat business. • Successful project delivery. • Strong safety and quality performance. • Development of a scalable and sustainable German operation.
