Position Purpose: This role is key in ensuring smooth counter operations, system accuracy, and cross-functional coordination within regional (ASEAN) operations. As a Counter Operations Leader, the person will oversee daily counter operations, manage system integrity (C2, SDC, Magic Ring/Magic Scan), and support front-line execution to drive operational excellence and compliance with brand standards. Skills: Strong analytical & reporting skills, system/data literacy, people leadership, process improvement mindset. What we want you to do... Operational Reporting & Analysis - Analyse performance data (sales, new users, utilization) regularly. - Provide summaries, action plans, and follow-ups based on results. System Management & Support - Support system upgrades and UAT testing. - Ensure data systems (e.g., inventory, sample tracking) are accurate and up to date. - Manage user access privileges with strict controls. Front-line Operations & Readiness - Ensure counter readiness (connectivity, testers, materials). - Coach and support team for consistency and discipline. - Conduct regular online counter reviews and monitoring, as physical visits will not be feasible due to the role being based in Malaysia. Maintenance & Fixed Assets - Track and maintain operational assets (tools, devices). - Ensure opening, closing, or new units/counters are set up properly (email, product codes, user access). - Troubleshoot and manage technical support issues. Quality, Compliance & Brand Standards - Enforce operational standards according to company and regulatory requirements. - Maintain quality assurance and brand standards. - Develop processes, SOPs, and ensure they are followed. Promotions, ZFD, Events, etc. - Manage logistics, materials, testers, and sampling as per campaigns or events. - Ensure readiness and smooth execution at events and pop-ups. - Oversee Free Goods management, including analysis, allocation, and reporting, to ensure effective tracking and utilization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, counter operations, sales operations, or a similar operational support role, preferably
