Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Schedule: PRN or Part-Time | 15-20 hours/week
$36-$44/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team

What You’ll Do
As a COTA, you’ll partner closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through purposeful, meaningful activity-based therapy.
• Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans
• Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities
• Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
• Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment
What You Bring
• Active Washington COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Valid CPR certification
• SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required
• Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Qualifications
Education:
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Licenses/Certification
Current COTA license required.
Current CPR certification required.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
