You'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping older adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life while collaborating closely with experienced Occupational Therapists. What You'll Do • Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. • Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living safely and independently. • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety. • Accurately document patient progress using our electronic medical record system. • Communicate regularly with supervising OTs and the interdisciplinary care team. • Travel between patient homes within your designated Bronx coverage area.
