Description
Our Big 4 client has exceptional strength and depth in delivering tax solutions to increasingly complex global clients. Supporting the tax professionals on the front line of corporate tax compliance service delivery is paramount. A new type of role is emerging for experienced and technically able individuals who would relish the opportunity to widen and refocus their skills into the area of training and coaching. Supporting all grades of the onshore and offshore Corporate Tax Compliance Services team, you will be involved in formulating training and development needs to meet risk management requirements and meeting challenging new rules. Working on a 1:1 and group basis, you will coach and train team members by organising training sessions, answering chat group queries, producing technical training materials and notes, and distributing technical snippets. You will undertake technical and risk reviews and provide feedback on technical work, identify skills gaps and encourage the upskilling of team members, and on a day-to-day basis be the go-to person for technical queries. You are likely to be CTA/ACCA qualified, with extensive corporate tax and UK GAAP/IFRS experience as you will provide feedback on complex areas. A genuine enthusiasm for training, the ability to inspire, and a love for collaborative working are also a must. This role will allow you to combine your technical knowledge with your passion for training and development and is a unique opportunity to use your skillset to its fullest. Working across all levels and locations, this is a hybrid role, which allows flexibility, but will require a physical presence in order to deliver exemplary training. You will be part of a national team but will have the opportunity to work independently in creating this role in the best way to benefit your team. Ref: 2426
