Clark Wood is delighted to be working with this leading regional tax boutique who are currently recruiting for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join their growing team in Cheshire. Our client are looking for an experienced corporate tax specialist at senior manager or associate director level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. The successful candidate with have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing business for the Corporate Tax offering, working closely with the other Directors; autonomy to help shape the team’s growth strategy. The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, and transfer pricing and other cross border taxes. The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues. You will have extensive experience of managing a team, and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.
