Description
Our client is a globally established fiduciary and financial services group operating across corporate services, fund administration, private wealth and international structuring solutions. Backed by significant private equity investment and continuing to grow internationally, this is a highly commercial platform operating at genuine scale across multiple jurisdictions. This is not a traditional accountancy firm environment. It is a dynamic, internationally focused business working with entrepreneurial groups, multinational businesses, private equity backed companies and complex international structures. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Tax professional to join a growing London tax function in a highly visible leadership role with genuine progression potential. The role offers: • A sophisticated portfolio of UK and international corporate clients • Exposure to both compliance and advisory work including international tax, transfer pricing, group structuring and cross border matters • Significant involvement in leadership, strategy and departmental growth • The opportunity to play a key role in developing junior team members and shaping the wider tax function • Commercial involvement across billing, business development and identifying advisory opportunities within the client base • A genuinely international platform with continued PE backed expansion and acquisition activity The Candidate The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with strong UK corporate tax experience gained within practice or an international advisory environment. Candidates should demonstrate: • Strong UK corporate tax technical capability • Experience managing complex client relationships • Exposure to international tax matters and advisory work • Team leadership and mentoring experience • Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to departmental growth Why this role? Opportunities combining international exposure, leadership responsibility, sophisticated clients and PE backed growth momentum rarely come to market outside of the traditional Big 4 or Top 10 environment. If you are looking for something genuinely different with strong long term progression potential, we would be very interested in speaking with you.
