You could be an existing assistant manager, keen to join a firm with no barriers to promotion, or a senior ready for your first move into a management role. In either event, your role at this firm will involve working on a client base of huge variety - stand alone corporates operating in a range of different industries, groups, dynamic OMBs, and successful partnerships. You will have responsibility for your own portfolio, allowing you to develop sound client relationships. You will review work which you have delegated to more junior members of the team, handle more complex compliance and get involved in advisory work including structuring work, group tax planning, due diligence reports, international projects etc The culture is one of openness and collaboration and everyone is treated as an individual.
