Overview Location: Chantilly,VA Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Poly Compensation Range: 85k - 105k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities Coordinate administrative and operational support activities Prepare reports, schedules, correspondence, and documentation Support meeting coordination and logistics Track tasks, deliverables, and action items Assist with onboarding, records management, and office support Support program operations and customer service functions Required Qualifications ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE Bachelor’s degree with advanced technical or functional expertise 7–10 years of relevant professional experience Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Desired Qualifications Administrative and operational support Microsoft Office proficiency Task coordination and scheduling Professional communication skills Strong organizational abilities
